Daily Habits are Important

Why do you brush your teeth every morning and night? Because when you go to the dentist, they tell you to brush your teeth at least twice a day. Now they can’t go home with you to remind you to brush your teeth, you just have to care enough about your teeth, your gums, your breath, etc, so you brush them. And if you don’t then you end up with cavities, gum disease, bad breath, you name it.


The same thing is true about your exercises and musculoskeletal system. You can’t take us with you to crack your back all day and show you exercises. You have to take your spine health just as serious as your oral health. By performing the simple exercises we show you in office, you are making your body healthier to help you long term.


We give exercises to not only help your system now and get you out of pain, but more importantly we give out exercises to PREVENT pain in the future. We want to make you stronger, so you don’t need us.


Take care of yourself. Brush your teeth and do your exercises. You might dread it in the moment, but I promise you it will help you down the road.
