Chiropractic Appointment Using Your Health Insurance
Insurance
We understand that insurance is hard to understand! Luckily our doctors and front desk staff will explain your insurance benefits, how many visits you have left, what insurance is willing to pay and more. We do the hard work for you! Even though we have a lot of knowledge when it comes to insurance, our initial estimate is just that - an estimate. Once we receive your official Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company, we will have a better understanding of the financial situation. Each plan is different and has hidden regulations, so please be patient and considerate of us as we work with your insurance.
Dr. Porter and Dr. Bates are currently in-network with Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Medicare, and United Healthcare/UMR. Eventually, we will be in-network with Humana. This page will be updated as we continue to hear back from insurance companies.
** We do not accept Medicaid patients**

Don't have insurance?
No problem! We understand that health insurance can be expensive and some insurances don't cover chiropractors. That's why we have a cash rate that is reasonable and affordable. New Patient rate is $100 and existing patient is $60. This includes all services - initial exam, adjustments, dry needling, soft tissue release, exercises, nutrition, etc.
