Start Strengthening your Feet -

We love feet! It is one of our favorite areas of the body to work on because it is often the most neglected. Our feet are our foundation. No matter what you do, everyone uses their feet to walk, to stand, to run, to lift, and more. If we have weak and unstable feet, imagine what that does to the rest of the body.


Therefore, it is super important that you start training your feet. The feet are made up of so many intrinsic, tiny muscles that work together to support the weight of your entire body.


When it comes to foot mechanics, the first thing is to distribute the load in a tripod formation. Your big toe, little toe, and heel should be supportive. If one area of the foot isn’t carrying their part of the load, this can lead to shin splints, ankle sprains, knee and hip problems upchain, plantar fasciitis, and more.


Even if you stand all day, your feet should not ache if they are strong and supportive. The research shows that people who suffer with plantar fasciitis exhibit symptoms 15 years after the wear and tear occurs. Your health now will determine your health later.
