May Mile Challenge - Join Tennessee Back Pain Center by walking 1 mile every day in the month of May.
Walking has so many benefits and especially in a world that sits all day, we all need to walk more! That’s why during the month of May we are going to challenge you to walk one mile each day. That means no excuses, rain or shine, walk 1 mile each day. We’ll do it with you!
