Exercise for Shoulder Pain

This exercise helps strengthen your rotator cuff, made up of your supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis, and teres minor muscles. The function of the rotator cuff is to rotate your shoulder, while holding your arm in place. 

As you get older, it's common to injure your rotator cuff. Strengthen it today so you don't have to rehab it tomorrow!
