Looking for an exercise that will work your entire body? Look no further. Low bear is all about stability about the spine, while working muscles of your feet, calves, quads, and arms.

To perform this exercise:

1. Start on your hands and knees - hands directly under shoulders; knees under hips

2. Curl your toes under your heels

3. Breathe through your belly to develop good abdominal pressure

4. Raise your knees 1 inch off the ground

5. Hold for 30 seconds or until failure.

6. Repeat 3x

Don’t let this exercise fool you, it is definitely harder than it looks. Add this exercise to your weekly routine as a way to strengthen your core. This is also a great exercise for low back pain, calf pain, and plantar fasciitis.
